For Credit Card Payments Via PayPal

To facilitate the payment of Purchase Orders via Credit Cards, in2aqua has the following Purchase Order/Credit Card payment process in place:

  1. The Purchase Order must indicate Payment Via Credit Card.
  2. The Purchase Order must indicate the Showroom Email Address where the PayPal Invoice is to be sent for payment.
  3. Submit Purchase Order to in2aqua GmbH via FAX 1-800-257-6051 or email to orders@in2aqua.com.
  4. in2aqua will enter the Purchase Order into our order entry system and determine the Shipping Cost.
  5. in2aqua will email a PayPal Invoice for the Total Amount Due to the Showroom Email Address listed on the Purchase Order (see #2 above). (Total Amount Due = Purchase Order + Shipping Cost).
  6. Showroom must login to PayPal and pay the Total Amount Due.
  7. Upon receipt of the Total Amount Due, in2aqua will release the Purchase Order from the order entry system and DPD will ship the products to the showroom’s shipping address on record.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

The warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship as follows: in2aqua will replace parts only or, at its discretion, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If in2aqua is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or spare parts cannot be sent in a timely fashion, in2aqua may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

Replacement or repaired parts of products will be covered for the term of this warranty, as follows:

(a) Limited Lifetime Warranty – If you are the original purchaser who purchased in2aqua faucets for personal, family or household purposes, and have purchased your product via a Registered in2aqua Showroom, this warranty is extended to the original purchaser as long as they own their faucet(s). Accessories such as hand showers, showerheads and shower hoses are covered automatically by the Standard Parts Warranty and do not qualify for an Extended Lifetime Warranty.

(b) Standard Parts Warranty – This warranty is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

In any case, this warranty shall only be valid if installation and maintenance have been duly conducted in accordance with the operating instructions and generally accepted installation practices, the operating instructions have been complied with and the in2aqua products have been used in line with the technical and maintenance instructions provided by in2aqua. Installation, usage and maintenance instructions are provided with all products or available on the in2aqua official website.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IN2AQUA WILL NOT PAY FOR:

(a) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

(b) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from (1) normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration; (2) the use of abrasive or caustic cleaning agents or“norinse” cleaning products, or the use of the product in any manner contrary to the product instructions; or (3) conditions in the home such as excessive water pressure, water hammer or corrosion in the water lines.

(c) Labor and other expenses for disconnection, de-installation, or return of the product for warranty service (including but not limited to proper packaging and shipping costs), or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

(d) Products purchased through non-registered showrooms.

Any costs that arise from the handling charges, dispatch and transportation of warranty parts shall be borne by the consumer. The consumer must also bear any costs, including all labor costs, arising from the inspection of the product, as well as the costs of de-installing and re-installing the product.

In requesting warranty service, you will need to provide: (1) The original showroom sales receipt or online registration form. (2) A photo(s) and written description of the problem.

If requested, delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid and carefully packed and insured, to: the address provided to you by in2aqua at the time of the return. When warranty conditions are satisfied, any repaired or replacement product or part will be no charge.

Terms & Conditions

DIRECT ACCOUNT

in2aqua Registered Showrooms are Direct Accounts of in2aqua GmbH. Registered Showrooms are considered open only after the in2aqua Credit Department has received and approved a Credit Application.

PURCHASE ORDERS

All Purchase Orders must be submitted to in2aqua GmbH by FAX (800) 257-6057 or via email at orders@in2aqua.com for order processing.

MASTER DISTRIBUTOR

Decorative Plumbing Distributors (DPD) is the Master Distributor of in2aqua products sold in the United States. All in2aqua products ordered will be Shipped and Invoiced by DPD from its Fremont, California, Distribution Center.

INVOICE PAYMENTS

All Invoice payments must be submitted to DPD in accordance with the Payment Terms below. Checks are to be payable to “DPD” and mailed to 4200 Business Center Drive; Fremont, CA 94538; OR checks can be emailed toaccounting@dpdonline.com OR faxed to (510) 580-3044. DO NOT mail a check if you submitted payment to DPD via email or FAX.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of sale are NET 30 DAYS from date of DPD Invoice. Payments are to be received no Later than the last day of the month due or the account is considered delinquent and subject to a 1-1/2% service charge. Accounts not paid within terms may be put on COD.

PRICING

Subject to change without notice. All Purchase Orders accepted shall be subject to the price in effect at the time of the order, unless specific quotations have been made. Although in2aqua GmbH makes every effort to keep its Registered Showrooms up-to-date with all pricing, it is the Registered Showrooms responsibility to confirm they have the most recent pricing on any given product. The current price of all products is always reflected on the www.in2aqua.com website.

SHIPPING

Products in stock can be shipped the same day from receipt of the Purchase Order. To expedite shipping, items unavailable at the scheduled time of shipping will be backordered unless otherwise noted by the Registered Showroom. Items not stocked and special ordered will be scheduled to ship based on in2aqua GmbH’s delivery schedule to DPD.

FREIGHT

Unless otherwise requested by the Registered Showroom, delivery from DPD will be handled by UPS or common carrier. Registered Showrooms are responsible for all UPS and common carrier charges.

DAMAGE OR LOSS SHIPPING CLAIMS

The Registered Showroom consignee must file all claims for damage or loss with the carrier immediately. Goods become the responsibility of the carrier when they are accepted by the carrier in good condition from DPD. All claims of damage, loss, or defective product must be reported to DPD within five (5) working days of receipt of product.

RETURNED GOODS

All returned goods are subject to a restock charge of 25% ($20 minimum). All requests for returns must be handled within 30 days of receipt of product and product must be returned within 45 days after RGA has been issued. All special orders items are sold strictly on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis.

RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA)

The procedure for returning products ordered is as follows:
1. Product MUST be in original box and box must be in perfect condition.
2. Contact DPD by phone (800-660-4690), email (sales@dpdonline.com), or FAX (510-580-3040) to process the

“Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) paperwork. DPD will email/fax a copy of the RGA.
3. Place a copy of the RGA inside the box prior to shipping it back to DPD. If possible, place the product box and

paperwork inside another shipping box to protect the original packaging.
4. Ship the product back to DPD prepaid: 4200 Business Center Drive, Fremont, CA 94538.

NOTE: All RGAs must be returned within 45 days. RGAs will be cancelled from our system after 45 days.

DEFECTS AND SHIPPING ERRORS

All shipments should be checked immediately upon delivery. Notification of defect or error must be made to DPD within five (5) working days from date of Invoice. Acceptability for defects or errors for which DPD is responsible is limited to a period of up to but not to exceed 30 days from date of Invoice. All defective product is to be returned to DPD with proper documentation (see RETURNED GOODS above). Normal wear and tear is not considered defective. No labor charges of any kind will be credited. Credits will be issued upon product being accepted and inspected by DPD unless in2aqua GmbH needs to authorize credit.
